We are pleased to announce the creation of the Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co. LPA subrogation blog. Our firm has had the privilege of representing many national and regional subrogation carriers for many years, and we oftentimes have had heard our clients ask whether there is one resource for comprehensive subrogation updates spanning all courts throughout the country. Our hope is that this blog will become that resource. On a regular basis the blog will be updated with articles that relate to changes in subrogation law and topics affecting the subrogation professional. In addition, we will provide constant updates on decided cases throughout the country on issues affecting all areas of subrogation. We hope that this blog will be a tool and resource for those who deal with all types of subrogation claims, and we look forward to providing the most up-to-date and comprehensive review of subrogation issues as they develop throughout the year.
